Authorised to act on behalf of the Lord Chancellor, Mid-West Enforcement's High Court Enforcement Officers are able to enforce High Court Writs.

Mid-West Enforcement can also enforce orders and judgements made in the County Court.

Mid-West Enforcement and The Enforcement Lodgement Centre are able to enforce Writs for the whole of England and Wales.

Mid-West Enforcement have a dedicated and experienced team of Officers enforcing in the areas of Cardiff, Swansea, Gloucester, Hereford, Worcester Oxford, Swindon, Bristol, Taunton, Bath, Reading and Newport. These Enforcement Officers have years of experience and detailed local knowledge of each area. In the case of addresses outside these areas, we will instruct an experienced Enforcement Officer in the area of the Debtor's address.

If you lodge your own Writs or use an alternative Lodgement Centre, please request Writs in the areas of Cardiff, Swansea, Gloucester, Hereford, Worcester Oxford, Swindon, Bristol, Taunton, Bath, Reading and Newport to be directed to N.B.R Alexander or A.W Ewart-James of Mid-West Enforcement.

The Enforcement Lodgement Centre will apply for County Court Judgments over £600.00 to be transferred to the High Court for enforcement. The Enforcement Lodgement Centre do not charge for dealing with the transfer up. The court fee of £50.00 is the only amount payable. Enforcement through the High Court is more effective than the County Court.

Mid-West Enforcement have expertise in executing Writs of Possession. They are willing to carry out this specialist work in the areas of Cardiff, Gloucester, Hereford, Worcester, Swindon, Bristol, Taunton, Bath, Oxford, Swansea and Newport.
